NOLA can wreck an RN CL given the chance. The guy said he had 6 citadel hits off me and it showed as I went from full HP to almost none in one salvo. I've had my RN CL get an AP salvo from a Zao. You also need to remember the regular tech tree cruisers have no HE so they can't stack fires, in order to have big damage numbers in an rn cruiser you need to be pelting things a long time in the battle and hope for a torp strike. Add those two together and they need something to help them out. They get one shot more than any cruiser in the game due to armour (none) and their effective gun range is not very good. WoWS should at equip all cruisers with the repair party module or least make it available at Tier IX for like other cruiser lines. When they came out with the premium Belfast, I was stunned when I was in my mighty Gneisenau and lasted only a few moments into the match when my ship was shredded by a few salvoes from a Belfast and Fiji. cruisers don't get the repair party module until you reach Tier IX with the Baltimore. so that gives them an unbelievable endurance at a lower tier and they would be able to take an amount of damage other cruisers on the same tier could not sustain due to not having the repair party capability. When level 3 is reached in the Commander skills and you opt for the 'Superintendent' skill that gives an extra load out to all consumables raising to 3, 4 if they purchase an extra. They are given 2 repair party modules as standard but an extra can be purchased.

I did a comparison of some and realized all British cruisers have the repair party module from the bottom tier all the way up to Tier X Minotaur. When they came onboard everyone is gaa gaa about them and I've watched them tear up the competition with relative ease. British cruisers have only been in game for about a year or so. One item I would like to discuss is an advantage British cruisers have over their counterparts. Like some of the veteran players that have played WoWS for a couple years now, everyone has a favorite class of ship they like to play.
